Specializing in trauma, PTSD, family-of-origin dynamics, and abuse recovery walking alongside you toward deeper clarity.
I believe some of the most meaningful therapy happens when we move beyond simply managing symptoms and become curious about what is underneath them. My style is warm, grounded, curious, and depth-oriented. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and depth psychology to help you understand not only what you are feeling, but why certain patterns continue to show up in your life. I’m especially drawn to the parts of us that are often difficult to put into words—the patterns we repeat, emotions we avoid, old wounds that still shape our relationships, and the deeper material that can emerge during expanded states of consciousness. I’ll help you slow down, listen to what is emerging, and explore it with curiosity, compassion, and psychological depth. My hope is that our work helps you know yourself more deeply, trust yourself, and live more at peace with yourself and others.
