I believe in empowering individuals to lead their own healing journeys through a client-centered therapy approach that emphasizes choice, autonomy, and self-agency. I'm trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and hope to use this innovative approach to support survivors of trauma and help individuals who feel “stuck” gain new perspective, access deeper healing, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based trauma treatment that I integrate into my practice, including alongside KAP when clinically appropriate, to help clients process distressing experiences and promote lasting healing.
