About Yvette
I am a licensed clinical counselor with a supervision designation. I have been practicing since 2005 but have worked in mental health since 1999. I currently offer individual therapy to address mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders and other issues related to behavioral health, stress, and grief. I am experienced in both individual and group crisis counseling and offer relationship, and family therapy. I specialize in trauma counseling, anger management and behavior modification with adults, teenagers and adolescents. I also offer life coaching services to help clients reach both their personal and professional growth potential. I have extensive experience working with victims of both crime and trauma. I am working on offering several therapeutic groups including a support/educational group for parents of behaviorally challenged children, and a program to help navigate parenting after a divorce.
